Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gbo007 support immediately.
gbo007 relies on the information you provide to deliver services, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Member's name. The following conditions apply:

Any transaction that gbo007 reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime will be frozen pending investigation. gbo007 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
gbo007 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus awards carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time. gbo007 reserves the right to exclude specific Members from individual promotions at its discretion. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash equivalent.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the gbo007 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled by the Member once confirmed. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, including match, market type, odds, and stake, before confirming.
All odds displayed on gbo007 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — gbo007 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the permitted rescheduling window, incorrect market setup, or documented evidence of match irregularity. Settlement of voided bets follows gbo007's standard settlement rules as published on the Platform.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If any single selection in a mix parlay is voided, that selection is removed and the remaining selections are settled as an accumulator of the reduced number of legs. Minimum and maximum mix parlay legs are specified within the sportsbook interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gbo007 platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the gbo007 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game titles, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of gbo007 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. gbo007 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account, without prior notice, if the Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if gbo007 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
A Member may close their account at any time by contacting gbo007 support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method, provided KYC has been completed.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. gbo007 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
gbo007 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their Account and will be posted prominently on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect 14 days after the notification date unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbo007 holds its international operating license.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact gbo007 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as determined by gbo007 at its discretion.
Nothing in this clause limits gbo007's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
